That is true. One must achieve a harmony of the confection and a drink to complement it. [ Zhongli closes his eyes in thought... Vidar, you've activated his lecture mode again. ] If the tea is to be sweet, then its companion must be less so, to bring out the richness of the brew. And too much sugar would overwhelm the refined notes of the tea itself. The optimum would be a balance between the three sources.
